Is Your Teen Struggling With:

Social isolation & difficulty connecting?

Low confidence in new environments?

Stress and anxiety about their future?

Lack of practical life skills?

No experience in international teams?

The Hidden Cost

Research by Google, Bloomberg, GMAC, and Association of MBAs proves that 70-80% of career success comes from Soft Skills – NOT academic grades alone.

Without these skills, your teen faces:

  • Difficulty adapting to university life
  • Struggles in job interviews and workplace relationships
  • Limited leadership opportunities
  • Reduced earning potential & lower life satisfaction

The Reality

“While schools focus on tests and grades, the real-world demands communication, leadership, financial literacy, and emotional resilience. Your teen needs these skills NOW – not later.”

Why Olympus Quest Is Different

Business is the activity of making one living or making money by producing or buying and selling products. Simply put it is any activity or enterprise entered into for profit.

Through mythology-based quests, participants master:

  • LEADERSHIP & TEAM COORDINATION

Meet Oleksandra Chernyshova

Founder & Youth Development Pioneer

From top banking executive to youth development pioneer, Oleksandra’s journey began with a simple observation: talented young people were failing not because they lacked intelligence, but because they lacked essential life skills.

After 20+ years in finance (including certification from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) and working as a business trainer since 2006, she discovered her true calling in 2017.

“I’ve seen brilliant young professionals struggle because nobody taught them how to communicate, lead, or think financially. I created Olympus Quest Camp to ensure the next generation doesn’t face these same challenges.”

Objection Handling

Is my 15-year-old mature enough?

Olympus Quest is specifically designed for 15-18 year olds. Our structured approach includes graduated challenges that build confidence safely. Plus, 24/7 supervision ensures support whenever needed.

What if my teen doesn't speak perfect English?

The program language is English, but we work with varying proficiency levels. The immersive environment actually accelerates language confidence. Many past participants improved their English significantly in just 7 days.

How do I know the program is safe?

Safety is our #1 priority. All participants have comprehensive insurance, we use secure facilities with enclosed territories, maintain strict supervision ratios, and have emergency protocols. Track record: 10+ programs, zero serious incidents.

What's included vs. what costs extra?

The €820 covers EVERYTHING except your flight: accommodation, all meals, transfers within Greece, insurance, program materials, excursions, photos,  video and supervision. No hidden fees.

When will flight costs be confirmed?

Flight prices will be confirmed by March 1, 2026. We’ll provide group booking options for best rates from Denmark.

What if my teen is shy or introverted?

Perfect! Many of our most dramatic transformations happen with quieter teens. The small group size and team-based activities create safe spaces for gradual confidence building.

How is this different from a regular summer camp?

Traditional camps focus on entertainment. We combine adventure WITH structured skill development proven by Google & Bloomberg to impact career success. Your teen returns with capabilities, not just memories.

What happens if my teen gets homesick?

Our trainers are experienced with homesickness. We maintain open communication with parents, provide emotional support, and keep teens engaged with meaningful activities.

Can I get a refund if plans change?

100% Refund: Full refund if the program is cancelled due to the organizer’s fault.
User Cancellation: Full refund until Feb 1. 50% refund if cancelled up to 20 days before camp (March 1). After March 1, spots are transferable.

How will I know what my teen is doing?

We provide daily photo updates via secure parent group, plus scheduled check-in calls. You’ll see your teen’s progress in real-time.

Option A

Let your teen spend another school break scrolling social media, playing video games, and missing crucial development opportunities.

Option B

Give your teen 7 days that could shape the next 7 decades of their life. Leadership, communication, financial thinking, and resilience compound over time.
